MCC supports Singing Christmas Tree and community As the director of Molalla River School District’s Singing Christmas Tree, I am so pleased to announce that the people of Molalla Communications have generously come on board this year as the main sponsor of the event. For 11 years, we have had to fund this wonderful event out of the money generated from ticket sales, and since it is the Molalla High School Choral Department’s major fund-raiser each year, those expenses have cut into the funds that go back to our students. With Molalla Communications willingness to take care of those expenses, 100 percent of the money raised will go back to the students in our department. MCC has long been supportive of many various groups in our town, and I’m so excited to acknowledge their support for our program. Thanks MCC.
