  • When calling MCC Technical Support, please be seated at your computer, and have it turned on when you call.
  • Having trouble connecting to the Internet? Try power cycling your modem. Just unplug the the power cord from your modem, leave it unplugged for 15 seconds, plug the power supply back into the modem, wait a minute or two and then retry connecting to the Internet. If you have a router, power cycle that too.
